• Information you submit: name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and the answers you give in the case quiz (accident date, fault, injury, treatment, insurance, and attorney status).
• Technical and marketing data: IP address, browser and device information, referring URL, and campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_campaign, click IDs, and fbclid.
• Consent records: a TrustedForm certificate that documents your interaction with this page and the consent language you accepted.

How we use your information

We use your information to match you with attorneys and legal service providers, to contact you about your inquiry, to document consent, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to measure and improve our advertising.

TCPA consent

When you check the consent box and submit the form, you give prior express written consent to be contacted by us and by our attorney and marketing partners at the phone number and email you provided. Contact may occur by phone call, SMS text message, and email, including through automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and AI-generated messages. Sharing with attorney partners

We share the information you submit with one or more third-party legal and non-legal service providers, their partners, and their affiliates so they can evaluate and respond to your inquiry. We also use service providers for hosting, analytics, consent documentation, and communications. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. Contacting an attorney through this site does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Advertising and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to measure the performance of our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad personalization in your Meta account settings.

Your choices and opt-out
